Goodbye, 2018.

It’s as if 2018 came and slapped me and went- just like that. All that quickly. I’ve learned so much about myself and other people. I was in the darkest depths of despair at the beginning of the year with PTSD. I can’t even fathom a time when I’m as mentally unwell as I was then. As physically sick as PTSD and extreme anxiety would have me. Who knew?

As for resolutions. I want to baby my blog. I want to share with you. I want to work through things via my thoughts and images. My resolution is to post two food blogs a week. Seems manageable, right?

Here’s to 2019.
